Since the news of lifting the ban on liquor shops came, we have witnessed long queues in front of liquor shops.
Corona did spread hygiene awareness among people, but it looks like liquor has got them all. People can be seen violating the social-distancing norms and standing close to each other in long queues just to buy liquor. The Delhi Government took a step to charge a 'Corona-fee', which is 70 percent more than the minimum retail price (MRP) on liquor, but it still didn't stop people from violating rules and buying liquor in hours long queue.
